As our reach grows, we’re looking for a Part-Time Partnership Manager to develop, manage, and nurture relationships with local businesses, venues, and organisations.
What you’ll do
As our Part-Time Partnership Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, venues, and event organisers.
- Identify partnership opportunities that deliver mutual value for Oxford Digital and our partners.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables.
- Work closely with editorial and content teams to coordinate sponsored content, features, and listings.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance to guide future strategy.
- Represent Oxford Digital at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and projects effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital media and marketing.
- Confidence in negotiation and presenting ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of, or a keen interest in, Oxford and Oxfordshire’s business and cultural scene.
No formal qualifications are required – practical experience and enthusiasm are key.
