Oxford Digital is the team behind several online publications and social media platforms, including The Oxford Magazine, a fast-growing platform showcasing the best of Oxford and Oxfordshire.
We’re seeking a creative and organised Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to grow audience reach and engagement across our social media channels.
What you’ll do
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will:
- Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads).
- Assist in developing content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and interact with audiences.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to promote content and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and report insights to improve strategy.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or publications.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging visuals.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- An interest in working with culture, lifestyle, and related topics is preferred.
No formal qualifications required – practical experience, creativity, and enthusiasm matter most.
