As our reach grows, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager working part-time to us develop, manage, and nurture relationships with local businesses, venues, and organisations.


What you’ll do

As a Part-Time Partnership Manager, you’ll:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, venues, and event organisers.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that benefit both Oxford Digital and our partners.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and mutual value.
  • Work closely with the editorial and content teams to coordinate sponsored content, features, and listings.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, helping guide future strategy.
  • Represent Oxford Digital at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.

As our digital presence grows, we’re looking for a Digital Content Management Assistant to help manage and publish our content with accuracy, style, and efficiency, as part of our offshore content management team responsible for remotely keeping our website updated and polished.


What you’ll do

As a Digital Content Management Assistant, your role will include:

  • Preparing website content: resizing images, formatting text, and ensuring copy meets style guidelines.
  • Publishing articles: adding new features, reviews, interviews, and listings to our website.
  • Creating and maintaining listings across multiple categories: events, directories, venues, recipes, and more.
  • Working with the editorial team to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and engaging.
  • Optimising content and images for SEO – including titles, excerpts, descriptions, meta descriptions, and image alt text.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a great fit if you can demonstrate:

  • Attend new restaurant or menu launches, themed nights, food festivals, and tasting sessions.
  • Interview chefs, venue representatives, and industry leaders to capture their stories.
  • Write engaging reviews and features that highlight food presentation, flavour, service, and overall experience.
  • Provide original photography to accompany your stories, or coordinate with venues to source approved images.

What we’re looking for

We’re not asking for any formal qualifications; what matters most is creativity and passion. You’ll bring:

  • A flair for the written word, producing engaging and insightful reviews.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to capture the atmosphere of a venue.
  • The ability to deliver clear, fair, and consistent appraisals of restaurants, menus, and service.
